Director Nambirajan, who
had directed films like Chandralekha and Nila,
has changed his name to MGR Nambi and has
named his production house MGR Studio. The
director is now producing the movie Poruthiru
with Ranjan, Gowri and Pagalya in the lead
roles. Ranjan is the son of Datto Murugaiah,
who is an assistant minister in Malaysia.
Kota Srinivasa Rao, Ganja Karuppu, Ramesh
Kanna, Mayil Samy, Malayalam actor Shah, Malaysian
film distributor Rajeshekar are included in
the star cast.
Camera is by Saviloraja and Udaya Shankar,
music is by Dhina, choreography is Dhina and
Ramu Ranganayagi, and stunts are by Thalapathy
Dinesh. Story, screenplay and dialogues are
by MGR Nambi.
