Devika, who is currently
acting in Jayamundu Bayamillai, had reportedly
walked off the shooting spot when the director,
Senthamizh, insisted that she wear a glamorous
outfit for a song. The film’s other
heroine, Priyanka, had no issues wearing the
clothes provided to her, but Devika made it
clear that she would not wear such clothes.
She also walked out from the shooting spot,
reports our sources.
The director finally had to pacify her
to get back to work and made arrangements
for a new costume, which is less glamorous.
Devika is reported to have returned to the
sets the next day to continue acting.
