Mysskin at loggerheads with producer

In a complaint to the Producer’s Council, producer Hitesh Jabhak has alleged that director Mysskin is planning to conduct the 100th day celebrations of his smash hit film Anjaathe. According to Hitesh Jabhak, when Mysskin approached him to make arrangements for the 100th day function he reportedly told him to wait for a few days as he intended to

celebrate the event in a grand manner along with the success of his other productions – Naan Avan Illai and Pandi. Hitesh also mentioned in his petition that Mysskin wanted to celebrate the Anjaathe function immediately and took it upon himself to make necessary arrangements.

However, director Mysskin cleared his stand in this issue when contacted by a Behindwoods correspondent. In a brief telephonic conversation, Mysskin clarified that he wanted to honor the stars of Anjaathe with mementos on the 100th day and that he did not receive appropriate response from the producers. “That was when I decided to go ahead with the event and even blocked Kamarajar Arangam shelling out money from my pocket,” he added. He also said he was shocked to note that the producers have obtained a ban preventing him from going ahead with the celebrations.
