The Malaysian Tamil Movie Industry is doing a film called Avan Appadithaan in association with the Tamil film industry. The hero is popular Malaysian actor, rapper, and dancer of Appalam fame, Afdlin and the heroine is Devika. It will be directed by Soma.
Produced by W Four V Production Banner, the film has music by Jose Franklin who has worked with AR Rahman and cinematography is by RK Prathap who worked with KV Anand. Nearly 50% of the film is completed. The director said that the film will be a summer release and they are hoping to rope in big Tamil stars for a promo song.
