Singer Shwetha Mohan, who made the audience tap their feet to her peppy numbers, married her childhood friend Ashwin on the 16th of January 2011. Having sung several songs in various South Indian languages, her latest hit Boom Boom Robo Da in Endhiran won her accolades.
Her wedding was attended by singers and music directors such as K.J. Yesudas, Vijay Yesudas, Unni Krishnan, Unni Menon, Chithra, and V Dakshinamurthy apart from several others. She is all set to host a reception in Chennai too. It is to be noted that Shweta is the daughter of popular Tamil singer Sujata and Dr. Mohan.
