Looks
like the Selvaraghavan – Vikram
project has been stalled for now.
Shoots of this yet to be titled movie
were kick-started earlier and one
leg of the shoot was held in Ladakh
with Vikram and Swathi as well.
Now, as it seems, Selva is getting
back to his short term project Maalai
Nerathu Mayakkam, which was supposed
to have Karthi and Sandhya in the
lead. The flick had to go on floors
before Aayirathil Oruvan but was shelved
for unknown reasons. The director,
soon after completing AO, moved on
to the Vikram starrer and the shooting
had also commenced. But now Selva
is dusting the Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam
script from his attic to start off
with it, we hear. It is important
to note that Selva replaced Karthi
and Sandhya with Dhanush and Andrea
for the film and a few scenes were
also shot before he started the Vikram-starrer.
However, the latest buzz we hear is
that he will rope in new faces for
Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam. |
