The
audio of Kutcheri Aarambam was high
on fiery emotions. This film produced
by R B Chaudhery for Super Good Films
and directed by newcomer Thiraivannan
features Jiiva and Poonam Bajwa in
the lead. Music has been scored by
D Imman. Three songs were screened
and all of them were good. However
the best happens to be Vaada Paiya,
an item number featuring Jiiva and
Amoga (Jay Jay fame) which has all
the potential to become a chartbuster.
Where did Jiiva hide his dancing skills
all along? The duo has scorched the
screens.
Kutcheri Aarambam is a hardcore commercial
entertainer from the staples of Super
Good Films which is known for its
family drama. The audio of the film
was released by directors K S Ravikumar
and Lingusamy and the same was received
by Jayam Ravi and Bharath.
While speaking at the occasion, Hansraj
Saxena of Sun Network lamented about
the prevailing video piracy in the
film industry. He was mentioning about
Sarathkumar’s Jaggubhai which
is due for release only during Pongal
but has hit the internet already.
He stated that there is going to be
a meeting with the CM of Tamil Nadu
to discuss about this issue. He stated,
“Gone are the days when films
used to run for 100 days. Now it is
only 5 weeks and Vijay’s Vettaikaran
which could have completed a successful
5 weeks has been reduced to 2 weeks,
thanks to piracy.”
Cheran the ever emotional actor/director
was at this fiery best during the
audio launch. He suggested that every
fan of an actor should be given Rs
10,000 and he would take care of the
actor’s film not being pirated.
He also opined that people should
take to knife and sickle and slash
the necks of those who are involved
in video piracy. To this a reporter
from the media rose and said that
he belongs to Theni and even there,
piracy is abounding. Cheran recommended
him to hack their necks immediately.
To this, the reporter conveyed his
inability to carry out Cheran’s
order as there is too much politics
involved in the matter.
The audio launch was attended by many
dignitaries from Kollywood which included
R B Chaudhery, directors Dharani,
Vikraman, FEFSI Guhanathan, Producer
Council Rama Narayanan, Sarathkumar
to name a few.
The audio launch of Kutcheri Aarambam
also witnessed 500 fans of Jiiva pledging
to donate their eyes.
