Lekha Washington’s Bollywood sojourn

Lekha Washington’s performance in Jayamkondaan was well received by the audience. Despite the fact that she played the role of the hero’s sister in the film, it was on par with the hero’s role, no doubt. Lekha, however, was not seen much in Kollywood after Jayamkondaan. Enquiries revealed that the lady is very choosy about her future projects

and has declined many offers that came her way as the storyline was not good.

Finally the actress will be seen pairing up with Jai for Raakkozhi. The film will be directed by Pushkar and Gayathri and is expected to go on the floors in May this year. Lekha has also signed up for a Bollywood film and says that she will disclose about this film in a couple of weeks.
