Villu is directed by Prabhu Deva, who is
also behind Vijay's hit flick Pokkiri. The
movie will also be crucial to Nayan's existence
who is desperate for a hit after delivering
two fiascos back to back. Villu is scored
by the Telugu music director Devi Sri Prasad.
Based on the buzz from the sets, Vijay,
in a lighter vein, quipped that he was relieved
that the cameo played by Prabu Deva in the
movie was not that of a dance master –because
that would mean the character Vijay plays
in Villu would have to learn tough steps!
Besides, the comedy track, written by Prabhu
Deva had even Vadivelu in splits in the
sets, insiders swear.
