Art director leaves 2028

Aruvadai, the film featuring Mammooty, Arjun and Sneha, is fast nearing completion. Only the climax remains to be shot for this thriller for which a set of a futuristic hospital set in the year 2028 was to be erected at the Gaiety Theater premises. Director Aravind had given a go ahead to art director Muthuraj after seeing the conceptual drawing of the sets.

Sources say the director was so impressed by the sketches that he requested Muthuraj to start work immediately.

But the interesting part is that the art director isn't traceable ever since. This now has the producer fuming in anger as the art director Muthuraj had received his fee of Rs. 25 lakhs well in advance. With the film now coming to a virtual standstill Producer Henry has filed a complaint against Muthuraj at the Producer's Council.
