Legendary filmmaker Bharathiraja is returning after a sabbatical and that too with a big one. His film titled Cinema, in Hindi, is a trilingual as it was made simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film has Nana Patekar and Arjun in the lead with newcomers, Kajal Aggarwal and Rukmani.

Himmesh Reshammiya has scored the music for the songs while the background score is by Monty Singh.

Work on Cinema was completed almost a week ago and news is that the producers are looking out for the right time to release it. This film, which was to hit the theatres on Deepavali, was delayed because of compositing and postproduction work. Sources say that Cinema may be released around the third or fourth week of January, after the Pongal releases lose some of their steam. Finally, fans will get a chance to relish this legend’s work on celluloid again.
