The
success of the Malayalam flick Bodyguard
has caught the attention of many.
While Vijay is keen on working in
the Tamil version, there are reports
that Boney Kapoor could lap up the
rights to remake the film in Hindi.
This has given rise to the speculation
that Prabhu Deva could direct the
film with Salman Khan in the lead.
It is important to mention here that
the Salman-Prabhu combo in Wanted
worked out very well at the box office
and the duo decided to join once again
for the sequel which was tentatively
titled Most Wanted. However, with
Bodyguard in picture, this project
seems to have been shelved for now.
Jayam Ravi is currently busy donning
the greasepaint for the Ameer-directed
Kannabiran. Soon after completing
this assignment he is expected to
begin work with Prabhu Deva. The Salman
project will kick start only after
Prabhu completes this assignment,
we hear. |
