Veluchamy has been working as the manager
for comedian Vadivelu for many years. Though
he hails from Madurai, he has been living
in Chennai for many years and his family
is in Madurai.
As there was no sign of activity in his
Chennai house, his neighbors had complained
to the police who upon breaking the house
found the man’s body hanging from
the top. The body was immediately rushed
to Royapettah Hospital Chennai for postmortem.
It has been reported that Vadivelu is
trying to reach the body of Veluchamy
to his native place as soon as possible
but police authorities would be giving
the body only after a thorough investigation.
Industry sources also aver that Veluchamy
was not keeping good health for some time
and this may have prompted him to take
this extreme step.
