said. Earlier, Lingusamy lodged a complaint
against the actor alleging that she refused
to issue dates for Payya after receiving
an advance of Rs. 25 Lakhs.
Nayan, however, is allowed to appeal against
the ban or for a settlement with Lingusamy,
the terms of which are not yet touched upon.
Besides, it is also learnt that the Producers'
Council is planning to seek the cooperation
of councils in Hyderabad and Trivandrum
to extend the ban to Telugu and Malayalam
movies, the two prominent industries where
Nayan is the reigning queen of sorts. Nayan's
side is yet to respond to this announcement.
