Director Mysskin’s driver dies

Mysskin who shot to fame with his Chithiram Pesudadi has just released his next film, Anjathe with Naren and Prasanna in the lead role. A party to celebrate the release of the film was held for the crew members on Saturday evening at Hotel Chariot in T.Nagar. After the party was over Mysskin, along with others, left the hotel premises to watch the film at a theatre on Mount Road.

It was later found that Murugan, Mysskin’s driver, was found under a pool of blood in his hotel room and was rushed to the hospital. He was pronounced dead on arrival. Some of the crew admitted that Murugan had drunk excessively, and in this inebriated condition had fallen down and inured himself fatally. The T.Nagar police are investigating.
