Silambarasan burns the midnight oil!

Silambarasan is burning the midnight oil but not as you guessed by partying hard into the wee hours of the morning. This one is for his upcoming venture Silambattam. Director Saravanan and the crew are stationed in and around Kumbakonam for the shoot schedules where Silambarasan plays a youngster hailing from an agraharam.

Nocturnal shoots in the Thirukadayur agraharam near Kumbakonam have been canned after which the crew has moved on to Thiruvayaaru. A mammoth set replicating a village festival has been erected in which the shoots are being carried out during nights with Silambarasan and other cast.

Sanah Khan plays Silambarasan’s lead for Silambattam which is slated for a mid-2008 release.
