Academy Award winning music composer AR Rahman and Academy Award nominated director Shekhar Kapur have launched Qyuki - a social media platform to foster and encourage creative talent. Qyuki will provide a forum to help artistes make a career in the creative fields like animation, films, storytelling, photography and music.
Both the creators of Qyuki are confident that this medium will help promote talent irrespective of varying backgrounds. Shekhar Kapur said that Qyuki will put future Rahmans and Shekhar Kapurs on the map. Experts from the aforementioned fields who will be making their contributions to this venture and helping out aspiring artistes include director Imtiaz Ali and popular novelist Chetan Bhagat.
