Poonam Jawahar has bagged the role to play Nira Radia in the Bollywood film 2G Radia. The actress says that she is gathering info about Nira Radia, who made it to the news for her involvement in the 2G Spectrum case, to portray the role to perfection. Sachith Puranik will direct this film which is to be produced by the London-based Hiton Group.
Poonam is happy to have bagged this controversial role and says that though she wants to meet Nira to know about her mannerisms, she is aware that it is impossible now. But Poonam is now involved in a thorough research about Nira.
