Film Festival in Chennai

The seventh Chennai International Film Festival will be held from December 16th to 24th in Chennai. The film fest will hold a competition, select two Tamil films, and hand over the best film and second best film award. Eight films including Ayan, Achamundu Achamundu, Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru and Pokkisham are in the race this year.

About 119 films from 41 countries will be featured in the fest that is conducted by the Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation at Woodlands, Woodlands Symphony and Film Chamber theatres.

Among the films that will be screened this year are Antichrist, Petition, and Eyes Wide Open.
