Mani Ratnam to decide on popular hero's son?

He hasn’t finished his Ravana as yet, despite the very many hurdles the movie threw at him while filming, but speculations are already on about Mani’s next venture. If the industry buzz is to be believed, Mani’s next will also be a bilingual in Hindi and Tamil.

Interestingly, it’s also speculated that yesteryear heartthrob Karthik’s son, Goutham, will make his acting debut in the new venture while Ranbir Kapoor will play the part in Hindi. However, we have no official confirmation on that one as yet.
