Sibiraj’s fitness

Film star Sibiraj launched the Fitness One, a unisex high tech gym, in Velachery on December 2nd, 2009. The actor, a fitness freak, has been associated with Fitness One since 2006. Some of the services that will be offered at Fitness One Velachery are high- tech gym, cardio training, personal training, weight loss management and strength training.

This is the fourth centre that has been launched in Chennai and twenty fourth in India. Fitness One employs the best fitness trainers and all of them possess the UK based CYQ certification. As an inaugural offer, this gym offers annual membership at Rs. 10, 999 + taxes.
