Kamal Haasan in T20!

The co-host of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), has declared twenty films to be winners of the T20 of Indian Cinema contest. This is the first time such a contest is being held and twenty films from different parts of the country have been selected. It is a proud moment for all Tamilians as Kamal Haasan’s Nayagan has made it to the selection.

There were about 1.9 million entries to the Top 20 Films contest, but the jury finally selected twenty films. They are Nayagan, Mother India, Meghe Dhaka Tara, Charulata, Sholay, Do Bhiga Zamin, Mughal-e-Azam, Pyasa, Bhuvan Shome, Garam Hawa, Ghatashraddha, Elipathayam, Kagaz ke Phool, Guide, Pather Panchali, Sant Tukaram, Madhumati, Jane Bhi Do Yaro, and Anand.
