Rajinikanth discloses his favorite heroine!

The superstar, during a function in Chennai, rued that he missed acting as B. Saroja Devi’s hero. Speaking at the Ashram School Annual Day function, which is run by wife Latha Rajinikanth, the actor said that his favorite heroine was Saroja Devi. He regretted that he did not enter filmdom during her heydays to play her hero. Rajni jocularly remarked

that the scions of the Tamil cinema – M.G. Ramachandran and Sivaji Ganesan – would have posed a stiff competition to him even if he was ever considered for a role with her.

During the function, P.B. Srinivas, Saroja Devi, S.N. Parvathy, Muktha Srinivasan and medical expert Dr. Krishnasamy were felicitated with awards. The alumni of the school Silambarasan, Nakulan and Soundarya Rajinikanth also participated in the function.
