Parvathy’s
astounding performance in the film
Poo has been receiving rave reviews
from the fans as well as the critics.
In fact most of the audiences who
watched the film vouch that Parvathy
deserves an award for her performance.
But what they fail to understand is
that she had not lent her voice for
the film. According to Poo’s
director Sasi, he wanted
Parvathy
to dub for the film but her strong Malayalam
accent forbade him to use her voice.
It is a well known rule that all the actors
considered for the National award must have
dubbed for the film. Since Parvathy’s
voice was not used for Poo she may miss the
coveted award.
