Tamil weekly recently reported that late actor
and musician MK Thyagaraja Bagavathar’s grand
daughter Meena is desolate and needs financial
assistance and sought the intervention of
the Producers’ Council to extend its support.
Following this, the Producers’ Council volunteered
to grant Meena Rs. 50,000 in a function arranged
for the purpose.
Rama Narayanan handed over the money to her
while VC Guhanathan, Radha Ravi, Siva Sakthi
Pandian, Anbalaya Prabhakaran, KS Sreenivasan
and Vijaya Murali were present.
