Villain hurt in Padikathavan’s shooting

A mishap on the sets of Padikathavan, in which Dhanush and Tamanna play the lead roles, resulted in the shooting being stalled for nearly two hours. Incidentally, Padikathavan’s shooting has been progressing in full swing in Nellai for the past few days.

Director Suraaj was canning a stunt sequence when a bullet operated

through a remote control went off hitting the film’s villain Cool Suresh on the thighs. The actor was found bleeding profusely and was given immediate first aid and taken to the hospital where he received a few sutures. Following this incident, another shot was canned by the director.
