Ramana Communications which produced Kamaraj
is bringing their next film Mudhalvar Mahatma,
which as the name suggests, is all about Mahatma
Gandhi. The songs of this film have been made
into a special album titled ‘Non-violence’
which was very dear to Bapuji.
The unit seems to have taken a leaf out
of the Hindi film Lage Raho Munna Bhai and
is said to have discussed Gandhian principles
in a new way which would be appealing to
the younger generation. Bharathiyar, Pulamaipithan,
Naa.Muthukumar and Mu.Metha’s lyrics
have been used for the film which will have
Gangai Amaran scoring the music. This music
album will be released in Tamil and Hindi
on 2nd of October which is Gandhiji’s
birthday.
