The national award winner sniped that there was nothing wrong in hiking the salary, particularly when one capable of delivering the goods. Priya mani was also candid enough to disclose that how can one expect her to work all through her career without expecting

good remuneration. However, she was not forthcoming on disclosing the exact figures. The lady currently has some prestigious offers in her kitty, including a plum role in Mani Ratnam’s film, which is slated to go on the floors very soon. Priya mani, however, says that she picks and chooses her films with great care as she is skeptical that she would end up doing stereotypic roles.
