Krishna inaugurated the State Bank of
India Branch OMR (near Velachery), Chennai
on 09-04-2010, Friday at 9.30a.m. The
General Manager V.G. Kannan, Regional
Manager Smt. Hannah and the Branch Manager
Smt. Vidhya welcomed the chief guest
and the bank customers to the function.
Speaking at the event, Balamurali Krishna
said, “Music is my life and the
basic essence of my existence. I was
not interested in school education,
I felt like a fish out of water while
during class hours.” He also stressed
on the need for banks to be more customer
friendly especially towards the senior
citizens. The singer also enthralled
the audience by rendering a few carnatic
songs. |
