Is it Trisha or Shriya for Nayan ?

Looks like Vijay might have to do without sizzler Nayanthara while ambassadoring the Chennai Superkings IPL team. Nayan was recently given the elbow for a no-show during the team’s match on April 23rd. While Nayan accused the management of unprofessional attitude for dropping her from the position, IPL sources revealed that

they had other reasons for doing so. According to them, Nayan’s absence from the match without prior intimation amounts to lack of commitment.

That being that, it has now turned out that speculations surrounding Trisha taking Nayan’s place for the ambassadorship are not true. IPL Officials mention that there are no plans to find a replacement for Nayanthara making it evident that the team will now only have Vijay as the brand ambassador.

This has not stopped the rumor mills from churning more fodder, however. A latest in the series pronounce that Shriya will replace Nayanthara. However, when contacted by behindwoods, Shriya’s manager denied the same calling them baseless rumors.
