Sarath’s daughter takes cue from Rajini’s daughter

It’s time for yet another star kid to enter filmdom. This time it’s the turn of Sarath Kumar’s daughter. However, she seems to have taken cue from Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya. It may be recalled that Soundarya initially directed an animation film, which is yet to be released, and is now moving towards movies.

Varalakshmi was given the go ahead by dad Sarath after having put forth her interest to direct quality films. The actor-turned-politician has also decided to send her abroad to learn the nuances and technicalities of direction. Offers to don the greasepaint had been flooding this damsel, which included prestigious offers from director Shankar for his film Boys.
