Maddy to work with Big B

In maybe the most exciting opportunity of his career Madhavan will work with Amitabh Bachchan that will start by this year end. To be directed by Leena Yadav who had earlier done Shabd with Sanjay Dutt and Aishwarya Rai, the movie is titled Teen Patte. As the title suggests the movie has got a lot to do with playing cards and gambling and Madhavan

is right now preparing himself for the role by learning the nuances of cards. Madhavan was not the original choice for the role, it was meant to be played by Arshad Warsi. But the latter had to withdraw due to certain reasons and the role landed straight into Madhavan’s kitty. Of course, this is not the first time that Maddy will be sharing screen space with the Big B. They had earlier appeared together in Ramji Londonwaley, the Hindi remake of Nala Damayanthi in which Amitabh had made a special appearance at the end. However, this will be Maddy’s first full length role with the Big B. All the best, Maddy.
