Ajith’s film goes international

Billa, the yesteryear blockbuster of superstar Rajinikanth was remade with Ajith, Nayanthara and Namitha playing the lead roles. This film turned out to be a smash hit, more so for its stylish portrayal.

Billa’s popularity is taking it far and wide and now the movie is all set to be showcased in the Cannes Film Festival. According to our sources,

the film will be screened on 10th May, 2008 at 4 pm. The film’s director Vishnuvardhan and producer S. Suresh have flown down to France to participate in the event. With many films from Kollywood reaching the international arena, this will be yet another milestone.
