First shooting phase done to perfection

Controversial director John Mahendran's current directorial venture Urumi stars Sibiraj and Aparna in lead roles. It may be recalled that this director's previous film Aaniver was banned in India as it was based on the Sri Lankan crisis.

Urumi is expected to give the much-deserved break that Sibi has

been expecting for long. The team, after completing its first schedule of shooting in Karaikal, has returned to the city recently only to gear up for the next phase. It is said that the team was intent on completing the project to perfection and as a result none of the team members were allowed to leave Karaikal until the entire shooting there was completed. That's dedication, isn't it?
