Tragedy strikes Achamundu camp

Director Arun Vaidhyanathan’s father passed away today at a private hospital in Chennai in the early hours. Arun is an NRI and the director of the upcoming Prasanna – Sneha starrer Achamundu produced by a group of NRIs Asma Hashmi, Ananth Govindan, Srinivasan, Ramzan Lakhani, and Arun Vaidyanathan himself.

Vaidhyanathan, 64, was ill for a week and was undergoing treatment at the Surya Hospital in Chennai. His body has been transported to his hometown Sirkali where the funeral will be held later tomorrow. Behindwoods expresses its deep condolences to the bereaved family and friends of Vaidhyanathan.
