Sodimedjo, the Indonesian man who is believed to be the world’s oldest person, has died at the supposed age of 146 on Wednesday. Sodimedjo was reportedly born in December 1870. However, Sodimedjo was never recognised as the oldest person as Indonesia only started recording births in 1900. Notably, Sodimedjo was also popularly known as Mbah Ghoto (Grandpa Ghoto).
