WikiLeaks on Tuesday reportedly published 8,761 documents related to internal discussions about the hacking tools and techniques used by the Central Intelligence Agency.  According to reports, the documents revealed that the agency has been able to break into phones, communication apps and other electronic devices in order to capture text and voice messages before they were encrypted with sophisticated software. WikiLeaks claimed it as the biggest ever leak of confidential documents.which provided details of the entire hacking capacity of the CIA.
