Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has reportedly slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the farmers’ loans. According to reports, Rahul, at a rally in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh, questioned Modi why couldn’t he waive off the loans given to the farmers in India when he could waive off liquor baron Vijay Mallya’s loan.
