The Board of Control for Cricket in India has expressed support to Indian cricket team and skipper Virat Kohli over DRS controversy during the second Test. The cricket body said, “After due deliberation and seeing the video replays,we steadfastly stand with the Indian Cricket Team and Captain Virat Kohli,” adding, “Kohli’s action was supported by Umpire Nigel Llong who rushed to dissuade Steve Smith from taking recourse to inappropriate assistance.”
