Chief Electoral Officer of Tamil Nadu, Rajesh Lakhoni, has reportedly announced that voters in the state will be issued colour voters' identity cards at Rs 25. According to reports, people, whose names are on the voter's list, can get the colour identity card at common service centres across the State.
