Liquor baron Vijay Mallya slammed Indian media after getting bail within hours from his arrest on Tuesday. Mallya tweeted, “Usual Indian media hype. Extradition hearing in Court started today as expected (SIC)”. But Scotland Yard said in a statement that Mallya "was arrested on behalf of the Indian authorities in relation to accusations of fraud."
