US State Department deputy spokesperson Mark Toner has reportedly said Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has made clear to his counterparts their condolences over the alleged racial attack in Kansas. Refraining from commenting on the motive behind the attack, Toner reportedly said, “we share in the sorrow of the families and loved ones of these victims.”
