US, France, Britain propose UN resolution on Syria gas attack

Blaming Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s forces for a suspected deadly chemical weapons attack in Syria, the US, Britain and France on Tuesday reportedly proposed a United Nations Security Council resolution to condemn the attack. Reportedly, the resolution would likely be put to the vote on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the Syrian military denied responsibility for the attack that killed dozens of people and said it would never use chemical weapons.
