Uttar Pradesh Minister Gayatri Prajapati, who is accused of raping a woman and attacking the victim’s daughter, failed to get any protection from arrest from the Supreme Court on Monday. The apex court added that Prajapati could seek a legal remedy when a non-bailable warrant is put out against him. Notably, the accused, Prajapati was last seen in public two weeks ago.
