Oscar Munoz, the Chief Executive of United Airlines on Wednesday reportedly gave an 'unequivocal' apology for the removal of the 69-year-old passenger, Dr. David Dao. The apology was in stark contrast to the company's initial claim. The company on Tuesday blamed Dr. David for its action. Notably, the apology came after a lot of criticism started spreading over the airlines on social media.
