The Trump administration on Wednesday pledged to work against recent surge in hate crimes against Indian. The US has planned to established a task force subcommittee to look into the issue of hate crimes against the Hindu and Sikh communities and submit its recommendations. The Hate Crimes Subcommittee will hold an additional one-day summit on June 29, focusing solely on identifying, prosecuting, and preventing hate crimes.
