The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has reportedly announced that it would launch a new mobile app, named mycall app, for the subscribers of cellular companies to rate the quality of phone calls. According to reports, TRAI chairman RS Sharma said that consumers could assess the quality of calls through this app, which will be rolled out by May end.
