UK Prime Minister Theresa May has accused European Union politicians and officials of trying to influence the outcome of United Kingdom's general election. Stating Britain would not allow the “bureaucrats of Brussels run over us”, May urged voters to “give me your backing to fight for Britain.” She also reportedly accused EU officials of deliberately leaking misleading accounts of Brexit talks so as to adversely impact the outcome of UK election.
