Former chief election commissioner, N Gopalaswami on Tuesday reportedly said Leading political parties have "a systematic way" of bribing voters. He also said that "Tamil Nadu voters are also complicit in the bribery fiasco". According to reports, he also asserted that EC needs to bring more than 5,000 observers to every constituency if this fiasco continues.
