Students, who protested against the hydrocarbon extraction project at Neduvasal, have reportedly been arrested in Madurai. According to reports, the college students staged a protest in front of the Madurai district court on Wednesday and were later arrested by the police. Notably, several students and villagers have been protesting in Neduvasal against the project for the past few days.
